Conference fee – 3,650 SEK, VAT excluded.
The conference fee includes
- Workshops and welcome reception on September 9.
- Scientific sessions, lunch and coffee on September 10–11.
- Bus transfer to and from Sånga.

SEK 1,484 per night, including breakfast and excluding VAT.
The social programme
Wednesday, September 9
Games in Sånga’s own game arena ”Stallet” followed by dinner at Sånga – SEK 695, excluding VAT.
Thursday, September 10
Conference dinner at Restaurant Karamellan, Drottningholm Palace – SEK 900, excluding VAT.

Payment and Cancellation Policy
Invoices will primarily be sent to your organisation via e-invoice and, if needed, by email. Invoices will be issued in June, with payment due within 30 days of the invoice date.
Cancellations may be made until June 7, 2026. After this date, refunds cannot be issued. All cancellations must be submitted in writing to ancr2026@socialstyrelsen.se
