US–Sweden Cancer Summit 2026 | Metastasis – From Mechanism to Cure

Welcome to Stockholm! We are pleased to welcome you to the US–Sweden Cancer Summit 2026, bringing together leading experts, policymakers, researchers and partners from both countries. The summit will be held in Stockholm, Sweden, 8–10 June 2026.

Over three days, the summit will focus on advancing collaboration in metastasis research and care – strengthening the connection between scientific discovery, clinical application and patient impact.

A central milestone will be the launch of the Transatlantic Metastasis Alliance between Karolinska Institutet and NYU Langone Health. This strategic partnership aims to accelerate research, clinical translation and collaboration in metastatic cancer.

The program begins on June 8 with an informal welcome and registration at Forskaren. The main summit takes place on June 9 at Elite Hotel Carolina Tower, followed by optional site visits on June 10 to Sweden’s leading research and innovation environments.

The summit format consists primarily of plenary sessions followed by panel discussions, creating space for both expert insights and interactive dialogue.
